You can always pay the arrearage back with your missed mortgage payments and bring it current, or if you can’t come up with that cash that quickly, because the foreclosure process takes about 90 days, we can then look at chapter 13 which puts a hold on any foreclosure and gives you an opportunity to catch up on those back payments over 3 to 5 years.
